    I didn’t know Tumeric helps burn fat, I always thought, it increases appetite:) Good to know!

    I took some kg when I was pregnant, and since then, I can get rid of the extra pounds. I want to try this product and see how it goes. If I follow the instructions, how many pounds per week can I lose with this program?

    I agree with you. Diet, exercise, and sleep are important factors to lose weight. I think a lot of people try to lose weight taking the easy road but at the end of the day, that’s not healthy. I find that diets filled with protein and healthy fats are great for losing weight.

    It is such a got potato at the moment with so many of us putting weight on because of the high calorie, low exercise lives we have following. We want to have our cake and eat it but not exercise to burn the extra calories we consume because of that cake. You have provided  us with same useful tips from the food you consume , to the exercise we need to do and the sleep we require. Saying all that, we can use natural supplements to lose those extra kilos and as long as they help you achieve your goal without any serious side effects, must be an option.  I also think some supplement companies  tend to over exaggerate  their claims but I say you only know what other people say about it and your own judgement .

I agree with everything here and I feel that probably the first thing to be more important to do when thinking about losing belly is to pay attention to what we eat because that is the key fact that causes obesity. Personally, I think eating low card foods are the most important thing and of course exercise is also important.

  31. You have given me a lot to think about. My belly fat increased with each childbirth (5 total) and although I’ve worked at dieting and exercising, I still have too much. I’m also dealing with some health issues, including one the doctor calls “chronic inflammation” which seems to be a catch-all term for “we aren’t really sure what’s causing it”

The way to lose belly fat is threw crunches and through weight loss – overall weight loss. You can’t target fat in the stomach. Sorry. I wish it was that easy.  These products that promise to do so are scams.  Just my two cents.

Thank you for sharing about this critical issue.  Some of these programs and resources look very valuable.  While I’m not much of a supplement person I’m sure I would find value in  The Flat Belly Fix System.  It is all-natural and does not rely on supplements to be effective.  I have found Jason Fung’s book “The Obesity Code” very valuable in understanding why the fat around the belly is such a big problem for our health but it seems like this system goes much more into how to solve the problem.

I think it’s important for individuals to lose weight naturally if possible and one thing that I found that works for me is pairing enough protein to counteract any carbs that I’m eating, that way the carbs aren’t stored as fast. I also eat smaller portions six times per day rather than three big meals.
