  5. Herbs and Spices, such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, thyme, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil and parsley.
  6. Beans, such as red bean, white bean, and soybean.
  7. Potatoes.
  8. Wild Fish, such as salmon, tuna fish, mackerel and sardines.
  9. Whole wheat bread (bagel).
  10. Brown Rice
